Scribvet has lots of new features added in the last few weeks, so I'm sending you a quick recap.

👉 Short version:

• You can now record up to 1 hour (vs 20 minutes before)
• More options to customize your note's output
• Android app finally available (link here)
• Better interface for smaller phones
• Templates improvements (coming)

You can access all that from your dashboard or the mobile app.

New options

A few of you requested to have more control over the note's output. With the new Option Panel, you can now customize your notes with a lot more options.

It's available both when creating a note or re-generating one (replacing "Change Style").

Here is a quick explanation of each option:

General

• 📄 Template: This one doesn't change, this is your usual template selection (But a big update for templates is coming soon 😄)
• 🇬🇧 Language: You can now change the language directly in the options, for those of you with international clients
• 🎙️ Microphone: You can now select the specific microphone you want to record from, handy if you use a bluetooth mic or other!

Content

• 📏 Length: This allows you to control how much details you want in your notes.
• 📋 Format: You can define if you prefer the AI to use paragraphs or bullet-points on your notes
• 💬 Terminology: Choose if you want medical or everyday words. Handy for client communications or when you need to make notes for non-vet people

Other

• 🤖 Custom instructions: If you have specific requirements for the AI, you can add them here

This should help you get more control over your notes without sacrificing the simplicity of the app!

Templates improvements

A few of you also requested better templates, so that's what I'm working on next!

Here is the plan:

• Add templates for specific use cases. For example, a SOAP note with pre-filled normals for large animals, avians, reptiles, etc
• Automatically suggest templates that are relevant to you, and allow you to add templates to favorites
• Improve the options for custom templates creation
